Send the duty, not the part number
Flow, head or pressure drop, the medium, its temperature and the line size. A part number tells us what somebody chose last time; a duty point tells us what the system needs.
We select and check
An application engineer sizes the item, checks NPSH, cavitation, noise or shaft critical speed as the case requires, and states the assumptions that were made.
You get a quotation with the working attached
The curve, the calculation and the materials list come with the price. If the selection is marginal, the quotation says where and why.
Stocked lines ship the same day
Ninety-four per cent of stocked lines ordered before 15:00 CET leave the Botlek distribution centre that day.

The Botlek distribution centre holds the fast-moving half of the catalogue on the floor and the rest on call-off from the manufacturers. Three hundred and ten order lines leave it on an average day.
